Stayed one night, and I wish I could have stayed longer. I have to say that the morning breakfast bar was surprisingly wonderful. I could not pull myself away. It was my first time staying at a Fairfield Marriott, and everything about it was "just right." Hoping to return to the brand again, next time Ihave a choice of where to stay.

My husband and I had a great experience at the hotel on Richmond Highway. The rooms are clean and the service is excellent. Upon entry someone is always there to great you. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. There is ample parking as well as restaurants, and shops in the immediate ficinity. Quick access to DC. Thank you for your quality customer care.

This is one of the best staffed and managed hotels I have seen. A good staff makes a good hotel. From the hostesses to housekeeping they were friendly and helpful. They created a pleasant atmosphere. The ladies who took care of the breakfast kept it stocked through the entire service time. If I could give this hotel more than five stars I would. Anytime I am in Alexandria this is where I will stay.

Water was extremely hot, burnt my toddler. Cleaning staff was passive-aggressive and unfriendly, only 1 laundry room for the ENTIRE hotel and only 1 washer and 1 dryer, which were both out of order. No white printing paper for guests to use at the workstations. The pool is extremely small and awkward. However, the night front desk staff was very kind, the room was clean and had a nice set-up, and the breakfast was consistent and good!

Most importantly- Nov 19th cold front came thru area- upon entering room the thermostat read 67, set it to 75 to get room warmer- never got warmer. Called- maintenance man would look at it in the morning. Beds were rock hard to us. that’s the chance take when staying in hotel). TV very nice, shower pressure very nice. Feels like was another hotel that had recently been “revamped”

The room was nice and spacious. I mainly came to leave a review for the gluten free breakfast food items. They have gluten free bagels and cereal everyday for breakfast and on the last day they had a crustless quiche. Everything was delicious and it was nice to know that my dietary needs were accommodated without even having to ask. I hope all Fairfield Inns have these gluten free options!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and relaxing, and the breakfast was top notch! They even have a "fixings" bar for your yogurt or oatmeal options. Will definitely stay here again!

Typical hotel. Comfortable stay, friendly front desk, nice pool area and oversized lobby which is great for meeting up with friends. Short drive to Alexandria.
